• Standard registration fee will commence from 1st November 2026 onwards.

• Should a participant decide to withdraw from the conference after payment has been made, no refunds will be provided.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, registrants will be offered the option of a refund or transfer of their booking to a future date of the event.
