The Malaysia Neuropsychiatric Fellowship Training Programme spans a total of three years, comprising local training for the majority of the duration and a mandatory 12-month overseas training component. The exclusive training center for this program is situated at Kuala Lumpur General Hospital in the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

- Sarawak General Hospital in Kuching, Sarawak
- Permai Hospital in Johor Bharu, Johor
