How to get to Kuching

Kuching is easily accessible via several local airlines, who all run multiple flights everyday to Kuching International Airport from different points of origin. E-hailing services are readily available to get you to your destination and the area around the conference venue also boasts many local attractions (the Waterfront, Padang Merdeka, Carpenter Street), all within walking distance. 


If you are travelling from international points of origin, Kuching is accessible via a quick transit flights through Kuala Lumpur or Kota Kinabalu.

Registration policy: 

1. Participants can choose to pay through bank transfer, LPO or swift code: MBBEMYKL. 

2. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. 

3. If there are technical issues with the payment process, please contact npmy2025@gmail.com and state your email and phone number. 

4. Should a participant decide to withdraw from the conference after payment has been made, no refunds will be provided

5. If the organiser needs to cancel or postpone the event, the organizer will refund your event fee or transfer the booking to another date or event, as you may decide. 

6. The organiser shall have no liability for any death or bodily injury or loss of or damage to property, of anyone attending the conference
